The president M.Mesterovic thanked congresspresident B.Bojovic for the preparation of the meeting. M.Mesterovic asked for the future to use again print media also for information and invitation.
- Check of the protocols from October 2015: Results of the permanent symposium over four years are represented by H.-A.Gitt during the Boston congress. The preparation of the link”gen next” is not yet realized. The Boston congress as one of the planned meetings takes place.
- Report of the Secr.-Gen.H.-A. Gitt: 25 new individual members. ICMFS could support our members in Africa together with J.R.Westine (director of IFCCD). There start new maxillofacial centers. The professional yearbook had to be prepared. Important topics are possibility for creating a “platform” for oralmaxillofacial groups for coordination of training standards and meeting dates and also the celebration of the WHNCD to underline the competence of our profession in this field. The ICMFS membership fees are too low.
- Report of the treasurer (red by paper): The situation is very unsatisfying. Even of sending out many reminders the arrears are frightening.
- Decisions: The membership fees are starting 2018 changed -100 USD for individual and 20 USD for corporate members per person and year. The next ICMFS-congress is prepared in Tel Aviv for 2019. A new website for this congress will be created. The current presidium positions are confirmed for the next four years. The president proposed the next ICMFS-president is one of the next congresspresidents. The proposal for a closer cooperation with IAOO was not supported at the moment.
